The journal "Science and Construction" was created in 2014 by the State Enterprise "State Research Institute of Building Constructions" (NDIBK).

The Journal is included in the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine in which the results of dissertation papers for obtaining the scientific degrees of a doctor and a candidate of technical sciences may be published in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated March 17, 2020, No. 409.

The purpose of the Journal is to create a space for the up-to-date public communication of scientists and for public recognition of scientific publications. This is a platform where the results of the research become known to national and world scientific communities through timely and systematic publications in Ukrainian, Russian and English. Original scientific, research and analytical papers are submitted by national and foreign experts from construction sector, various scientific organizations, state institutions, higher education institutions and enterprises of construction industry.

Readers of the Journal include scientists, engineers who publish original scientific papers with new research results and academic novelty.
